The H16V190 series high-boost diesel engine is a high-speed, high-power diesel engine featuring a V-type layout, four-stroke cycle, direct injection, turbocharging, and air cooling. It is known for its excellent performance, reasonable structure, and ease of operation and maintenance.
The H16V190 series electronically controlled diesel engines adopt ECU control technology with optimized turbocharging and intercooling systems. These engines comply with China's Non-Road Tier 3 emission standards. During operation, the ECU precisely controls the fuel injection timing and pulse width of the high-pressure fuel pump, resulting in more efficient combustion. This ensures a balance between power, fuel economy, reliability, and compliance with emission regulations.
The electronic control technology gives these engines fast speed response, high power output, and low emissions.
With a power range of 1600kW to 2400kW and a speed range of 1000r/min to 1500r/min, the H16V190 series can be paired with generators and control panels to form high- and low-voltage generator sets. These sets can serve as primary or standby power sources and are widely used in hospitals, hotels, commercial centers, data centers, military communication facilities, railway stations, power plants, and central oil depots as emergency or security power supplies.
